I checked out the 2008 event schedule and saw 2 great events in march but didnt see a date. I will be on vacation March 8th - 16th and would love to meet up with some of you guys either on a sanctioned club event or an informal meetup. If anyone is interested let me know :)

Dates! Naah don't need dates! How about this - we plan it around your vacation! :)
Joking set aside, I know the napa trip was talked about, and the Mojave trip - need to talk to David Bregman (he was a great trip leader last time; I don't mind planning it, but need a trip leader). C yah!

I have started to put together the Napa trip, but will need to work on dates. Right now, I think the plan would be to start/meet in Napa, go to one or two wineries for a private tour, have lunch in St. Helena at Taylor’s Refresher (a local favorite) and then head out to Knoxville for a late afternoon run. Options could include skipping the wine tasting/tours and meet for lunch and then go wheeling, or go on wine tasting/tours and lunch and skip the wheeling. I would think it would be worth it to camp at Knoxville Sat. night, have a big ol' fire and open some of the day’s acquisitions, and then hit the trails Sunday before heading back, but will need to see what interest there is in that.
