The baseball All-Star break is coming up and what better time to get out of town for a few days. Many of you have expressed an interest in a Monday-Tuesday run, so here goes.

Monday July 14th I would like to organize a run up to Ukiah and Cow Mountain. I am planning on an overnight and some freewheeling. Anyone else want to commit to these dates? I'm flexible on the destination.

I could do a trip those days. If you wanted to go to the Sierra's or the Nevada Desert I could be interested.

I'd be game for anywhere, I'm just not sure if I can work out my schedule for next week. How about thurs-fri? Well, I'll know for sure later this afternoon.
Cow Mountain would be cool, but so would the Sierras.

doh! i just gave my 2 weeks notice yesterday so i don't think taking off during those last few days would do good. now if you do something the last 2 weeks of july, i'm in!

I have sunday and friday off next week. That's about it, as for the last two weeks of July, I'll have to play it by ear. If my days off coordinate with a midweek trip then I'm game.

It looks like the interest isn't as great as anticipated. If you'd like to come along, I'm planning to head to Pardoe's Trail which is on the back side of Kirkwood ski resort which is my favorite place to snowboard. The trail is rated a 5 with a difficulty of 6 at the top ridge.

Here's a link to a map. http://www.norcalttora.com/trails/pardoe_map.gif

Looks like a number of places to stop and drop a fishing line for a while.

Speak up if you are interested at all. Hope to have at least 4 vehicles.
